Slow Down and Enjoy the Holidays

What: A presentation by Paola Lopez with the Alabama Extension Service
When: Friday, December 9th at 10AM
Where: The Botanical Center Plaza (or inside if weather dictates)
Paola will be speaking about mindful eating and de-stressing throughout the holidays. She also plans to show/have attendees how to do chair exercises with elastic bands. Paola is excited about the class and we know you are, too! This is a free event for MBG and Master Gardener members, but registration is required.
