Ben Raines Bog Presentation

Join us for an afternoon presentation from Ben Raines on Saving America’s Amazon and the diversity of Alabama including the importance of bogs. This will be a celebration of the newly installed Bog Garden which will be named in honor/memory of longtime MBG friend and local landscape architect, Terry C. Plauché who over the years designed the most attractive areas of Mobile Botanical Gardens – from the Herb Garden and the Botanical Center Plaza to the Pollinator Garden, and this Bog Garden. This event celebrates Terry and coincide with his birthday.
