Like many of our artists\, Juli is inspired by nature\, and uses the movements and colors in natural surroundings to create beautiful glass art. She has traveled extensively to many remote parts of the world – often solo – and so has had multiple inspirations from nature during these travels.\n\nIn her words “The organic creation of glass is part of its mystique and power: a lightning storm\, a bolt ignites\, and a piece of glass appears – much like a genie rising from the desert sands of Africa. This magic is the lure and the passion of glass for me.”\nMeet the Artist \nCome visit the Mobile Botanical Gardens and join us for our new “Meet the Artist” program on Saturdays at the Artful Garden Gift Shop!
