Longleaf Pine Celebration, May 15. A program presenting the extreme diversity of this unique habitat. 
Includes a walkabout in MBG’s magnificent 30-acre longleaf pine forest.  Sponsored by the Alabama Urban Forestry Association and Mobile Botanical Gardens.  Lunch included. 
MBG and AUFA members, $20, all others $35. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 


Bridge closed on Museum Drive: If you are planning to come to the Gardens, please be advised that
the bridge by the Gardens' entrance is closed for repairs.

Located in the heart of Mobile, the Mobile Botanical Gardens offers a rare blend of cultivated areas and nature trails. Within its 100 acres are a Rhododendron Garden, a Camellia Winter Garden, Fern Glade, Japanese Maple Garden, an Herb Garden, and collections of hollies, magnolias, roses, and perennials, as well as a 40-acre longleaf pine habitat.

The Gardens are open year-round from dawn to dusk, and there is no admission fee, though donations are appreciated.  Tours are self-guided; guided tours are available on request. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

MBG is a 501(c)3 non-profit, and funding is mainly through contributions, grants, plant sales, and membership dues. Your support is appreciated.
